DMP provided Lead Quantity Surveying services for the development of the new Whakaata Māori TV – Hawaikirangi Studios in Auckland, designed by RCG.

The purpose-built facility was developed to support and celebrate Te Ao Māori through the creation and broadcast of Māori content to audiences both within New Zealand and around the world. The project includes a combination of small-scale and large-scale studios, together with dedicated production spaces designed to support modern broadcasting requirements.

It was an exciting project to be involved in, contributing to a development that supports Māori language, culture, storytelling, and community connection through world-class media infrastructure.
