DMP offers clients the benefit of more than 60 years’ experience in the profession of quantity surveying in New Zealand, undertaking projects throughout the country. The experience of the directors in handling projects throughout New Zealand and in other Pacific countries has enabled the company to establish a range of skills and services which anticipate the needs of even the most specialist projects.
The responsibility for each project is allocated to a specific director who is continually in contact with the client. That partner then draws upon the resources of the company as necessary to ensure the project’s successful completion.The directors of DMP are experienced in all facets of quantity surveying, including feasibility studies through to final account negotiation.
The directors of DMP have wide experience in a variety of contracting methodologies, enabling clear advice to be given and contracts negotiated. DMP has a no-nonsense, relationship-built approach to our service. Whilst we will work as a team, we have no problems confronting the hard/difficult issues that occur during a project and feel we can do it fairly.
