DMP provided comprehensive quantity surveying and financial management services for the development of the Daily Freight distribution centre on O’Rourke Street, Auckland, and the Mainfreight distribution facility in Tauranga. Working alongside Dominion Constructors, with Warren Hendry serving as Project Lead, DMP was responsible for managing the financial aspects of the projects throughout the entire contract lifecycle.

Services included detailed cost reporting to the client and project manager, preparation and assessment of progress payment certificates, ongoing financial monitoring and forecasting, and the negotiation and agreement of final accounts. Through proactive cost management and rigorous financial oversight, DMP helped ensure both projects were delivered with strong financial control, transparency, and accountability from commencement through to completion.
