McInnes is committed to offering clients practical cost advice to mitigate financial risks and has a solid history of successfully pinpointing, negotiating, and realizing substantial savings while maintaining positive relationships.

He has engaged in projects of varying sizes and stages, including remedial undertakings, new residential developments, seismic enhancements, refurbishments, and significant commercial ventures such as wastewater treatment plants, warehouses, and distribution centres.

Adam Briscoe

Senior Quantity Surveyor

Adam brings over a decade of main contracting experience to the team. Predominantly experienced in post contract management of large scale, complex, tier 1 projects spanning across multi-story residential, social housing, shopping malls and commercial office spaces. Adam has a wealth of commercial management and contract knowledge, as well as a strong understanding of constructability, value engineering and actual costs.

Vlad Yugov

Senior Quantity Surveyor

Vlad is a very diligent and meticulous Quantity Surveyor with wide range of skills and 20 years of Estimating and QS experience in New Zealand. He has worked on both sides of the fence as Client QS and Contractor’s QS. This provides Vlad with a deep understanding of the construction process, cost estimating and cost management techniques.

Tilo Seltner-Jones

Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

Tilo is our resident Excel guru and brings a wealth of experience to the team. His portfolio spans a diverse range of projects, from school remediation to supermarket refurbishments, seismic upgrades, and plumbing renovations.

Tilo’s precision ensures accuracy and dependability in all tasks. He consistently pursues excellence, embracing extra responsibilities to hone his skills and deliver top-notch results consistently.

Oliver Tobin 

Quantity Surveyor

Oliver is a diligent and detail-oriented team member with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency. He has experience at DMP on various project types, ranging from small to large scale, with his specialty in roofing and cladding. Proficient in cost estimation and budgeting, his strong analytical skills and understanding of construction materials and methods contribute to the project’s success.

Mitchell Bond

Quantity Surveyor

Mitch brings with him a wealth of knowledge through interior fit outs and his keen eye for detail ensures projects are completed on time and within budgets. His skills in estimates, cost analysis and contract administration support the successful delivery of a variety of projects, ranging from supermarkets and schools, through to high-rise apartments.

Lucy Hewitt-Smith

Office Manager

Shouldering office and organisational responsibilities, Lucy plays and vital role in making sure everything runs smoothly at DMP. With her strong managerial skills, communication finesse, and an eye for detail, she keeps all our admin tasks on point.

Glenn Brown

Consultant

Glenn’s profound grasp of Quantity Surveying principles has facilitated the successful oversight and completion of a diverse array of complex projects. His versatile skill set enables him to lead projects from feasibility to planning, utilising his expertise in cost planning and project management while supervising the construction phase.

Warren Hendry

Consultant

Warren has worked on an extensive variety of projects during his 50 years in the industry. Formally a director of DMP Ltd, he now acts as a consultant and works with Mainfreight Ltd on their development projects. He provides advise to the client on construction costs, negotiates contract costs and controls the financial aspect of the projects throughout construction.
